Conducting project 2024

At the end of November 2024 it was party time at the Residentie Orkest. On the program was the final concert of the Conducting Project of Discover the Orchestra. As many as fourteen young conductors showed what they had in their conducting march.

Retrospective on RO NOW: Sibelius & De Graaff

A world premiere for The Hague during the kickoff of our RO NOW series. Jan-Peter de Graaff wrote a dazzling Concerto Metropolitain for the Residentie Orkest and the Ardemus Saxophone Quartet that sounded for the first time at Amare on Saturday, Oct. 19. A retrospective!
