Visitor conditions
The visitor conditions and house rules of Amare apply to our concerts in the Concert Hall, Studio, Conservatory Hall and the Nieuwe Kerk.

Intermission drinksincluded
Your tickets include an intermission drink and the use of the cloakroom unless otherwise stated. For concerts and performances without intermission, drinks are offered after the show.

Box Office Amare
At the Box Office Amare you can find:

• Information about the theater and the Residentie Orkest

• programme's

• Lost objects

• Ordering a cab

Only PIN payments are possible at Box Office and at the bars in the foyers.

Smoke-free area
Our concert venues are smoke-free. Smoking e-cigarettes is also not permitted.

Latecomers
After the start of the concert, there is no access to the halls. Latecomers may take their seats in the auditorium during the first intermission.

Mobile phones
We ask that you turn off your cell phone before the start of the concert, unless, for example, an app is in use during the concert.

Image or sound recordings
It is not permitted to make photo, video or sound recordings during concerts, unless stated otherwise. This will disturb other visitors and the musicians.

Bagsand umbrellas
For safety reasons we ask you not to bring large bags and umbrellas into the concert hall, but to hand them in at cloakroom .
