Review of RO NOW Extra: Alpine Symphony
Last weekend, Richard Strauss' Alpine Symphony sounded for the first time at Amare . More than a hundred musicians provided a very successful musical journey through the Alps where you could escape from hectic life. The presentation was in the hands of Christiaan Kuyvenhoven, opening the concert with a poem of his own.
From the majestic sound of an Alpine horn to the tranquility of the Sound Bath followed by the grandiose Alpine Symphony performed by the Residentie Orkest The Hague and students of the Royal Conservatoire The Hague led by regular guest conductor Jun Märkl. Afterwards, everyone could recover with an Aperol Spritz or did a dance in the Alpine disco. Enjoy the moment with these beautiful photos, taken by Wouter Vellekoop.
