Last weekend Anja Bihlmaier gave her Last concerts with the Residentie Orkest as our chief conductor. Wonderful music by Strauss and Ravel sounded in a full Amare and artist in residence, cellist Jean-Guihen Queyras, played the stars from heaven in Haydn's Second cello concerto.
