On Sunday afternoon, March 3, Shostakovich's First Cello Concerto and Stravinsky's Firebird resounded in an almost sold-out Amare . An experience!

The Residentie Orkest was conducted by regular guest conductor Jun Märkl, who, in addition to Stravinsky, also conducted Sinfonia III 'Facetten' by Dutch composer Lex van Delden and A Night on the Bald Mountain by Mussorgsky.
