Following the resounding success of “Christmas in the Nieuwe Kerk ,” the “ Residentie Orkest ” is now bringing this beloved Christmas tradition to the atmospheric Nieuwe Badkapel in Scheveningen. Let yourself be carried away by beautiful Christmas music, warm brass sounds, and singing that fill the historic church’s unique acoustics. A concert to pause, enjoy, and experience the Christmas season together in peace and togetherness.

“Christmas in the Nieuwe Badkapel” is a celebration of warmth, tradition, and togetherness. The music—featuring brass and vocals—emphasizes hope, peace, and connection. In the intimate, historic church hall, you’ll hear sounds that are both familiar and moving. It’s not a traditional concert evening, but a shared experience: music as a bridge between people. A concert to share, to feel, and to truly celebrate Christmas together.

This concert will also be held on Sunday December 20 at the Nieuwe Kerk.

About RO Brass
RO Brass, the brass ensemble of the Residentie Orkest, brings warm brass sounds to the Nieuwe Badkapel. The musicians often play together in the orchestra, but also enjoy performing in smaller ensembles. Especially for this Christmas concert, they will present an atmospheric program featuring brass and vocals: familiar, festive, and full of warmth.

Prices include an open- cloakroom , and a glass of mulled wine after the concert. The mulled wine will be served outside by the fire pits.
