The Residentie Orkest a concert in the Festhalle in Viersen. The program includes Dance, the compelling cello concerto by British composer Anna Clyne, inspired by the mystical poetry of Rumi. In five movements, the work explores themes such as loss, love, and acceptance, performed by cellist Camille Thomas. The orchestra will also play Ludwig van Beethoven's Sixth Symphony, the Pastoral—an ode to the peace and beauty of nature.
