Universal themes with which Bach creates Matthäus madness every year and thrills many. With tonight an absolute specialist of the St. Matthew Passion for the Residentie Orkest: our regular guest conductor Richard Egarr.
Richard Egarr is the connoisseur of choral works by Bach. He participated in many performances of the St. Matthew Passion, and also recorded a CD of the passion narrative.
