Diwali Concert
Unfortunately, this concert has already taken place. But not to worry! We will be playing many more concerts soon.
In autumn, the days get shorter, the nights get longer again, and darkness takes over from light. During this time we celebrate Diwali. It is one of the most important festivals in Hinduism. During the celebration lights are lit, which is why here in the Netherlands it is also called the festival of lights.
In the meantime it has become a tradition to enter into a special cooperation for this celebration with the Residentie Orkest, Raj Mohan and Amare and present a unique concert. This year there will be an extra focus on the commemoration and celebration of 150 years of Hindustani labor migration.
