Sunday Oct. 19, 2025 - Dancing and making music with RO and NDT

Step into the world of dance and music! During this unique afternoon, children get the chance to create their own performance together with professional dance and music teachers from Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT) and the Residentie Orkest (RO).

In the inspiring studios of both organizations, the children get to work themselves: creating dance moves and making music that come together in a dazzling performance for parents and caregivers.

An exciting exploration:
Does the dancer determine the music, or does the music make the dancer move? Who follows whom? Or are they directing each other?

Note: At Move a beat, you will make a choice between a dance workshop by NDT or a music workshop by the Residentie Orkest. 

The workshops start together, split into the dance and music workshop, and reconvene for the presentation. 

These workshops are part of Festival The Enchantment.
