On Sunday , May Sunday , 2026, all 350 Residents students will give their first concert in Amare, together with the Residentie Orkest Leonard Evers. The program will include classical works, world repertoire, film music, and children's songs.

A learning orchestra based on a symphony orchestra is special, even unique in the Netherlands. It is important for the musicians of the Residentie Orkest, but especially for the students, to seek and experience connection. Making music together with professional musicians on a large stage and in front of a full house is an unforgettable experience for the students that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. The concert on Sunday , May Sunday , at Amare therefore Amare a special event and is only open to invited guests.
