Music gets you moving. Come to Loosduinen Library on Friday afternoon, February 7, and get carried away and moved by the music of a string quartet from the Residentie Orkest. In addition to the performance, there is also a short trial lesson in exercise for the elderly that will be given by the Neighborhood Sports Coach of Loosduinen.

Together with area residents, you can discover what is possible in the neighborhood and how to have and keep a healthy lifestyle full of exercise. Everyone is welcome (especially residents 55+). Among other things, there will be a short workshop on boxing and self-defense (especially for the elderly), but information will also be distributed about other exercise activities in the neighborhood. Discover, Move and Connect! Afterwards there will be a cup of tea or coffee and you can chat with each other.
