Saturday, May 11, 2024 PEP The Hague, in cooperation with Residentie Orkest, Cultuurschakel, Open Amare and the Municipality of The Hague is organizing a unique event.

Are you considering volunteering and curious about what local community organizations have to offer you? Or are you interested in singing or playing music in one of The Hague's many musical groups?

Then get ready for a scintillating day full of new encounters, inspiration, music and opportunities to be able to contribute something to our beautiful city on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Amare during the most comprehensive Volunteer Fair ever. There are as many as 100 community organizations present to you during the Volunteer Market, focusing on a wide range of fields and interests, including human rights, social justice, refugee and immigrant assistance, homelessness, animal welfare, elder care, child care, the environment, playing music together and much more. There is something for everyone, regardless of background or specialization!

We will start with a festive opening, and otherwise you can enjoy performances by the horn quartet of the Residentie Orkest and several amateur music groups from The Hague on this day. There will also be interesting presentations and information sessions.
