The National Master Orchestra Conducting (NMO) is a prestigious two-year master's program offered by the Conservatory of Amsterdam and Royal Conservatoire The Hague. Two talented students are admitted each year who, among other things, receive several master classes and the opportunity to conduct an orchestra. The Residentie Orkest is one of the Dutch symphony orchestras that contributes to the knowledge and skills of future conductors.
