Saturday Saturday April 5, marked the debut performance of the fourth edition of Notes, Beats & Bars at the Hague Children's Music Day at the Atrium Cityhall. Musicians from the Residentie Orkest performed with rappers from the Hague Hiphop Center H3C (D.Chesron and Sherr - rap & MistaSweet - beats). Afterwards, the kids could also follow a workshop rap & beats.

Notes, Beats & Bars brings hip hop and classical music together through workshops and performances throughout The Hague. More performances will follow in The Hague in the near future, on May 5 during the Madurodam Freedom Lunch and the Liberation Festival The Hague. And on June 7, various elements will come together during a grand concert in PAARD with the entire Residentie Orkest and rapper Hef.

Notes, Beats & Bars is an initiative created in collaboration between the Residentie Orkest and the Haags HipHop Centrum (H3C). In addition to these performances, several musical workshops have been organized this year for young people from the 2Gather Foundation from The Hague South West and Laak, among others, who can now discover new talents.
