Listen to Schoenberg's masterpiece "Verklärte Nacht" in the version for string sextet, performed by captains of the Residentie Orkest. A poignant story and one of the highlights in the history of music.
We begin the program with the poetic Sextet from Strauss' opera "Capriccio" that surrounds us with warm sunlight. Through Italian composer Respighi's sunset, we enter Schoenberg's moonlit forest in the emotions of the night.

For all concerts at Amare and the Nieuwe Kerk , in addition to a ticket, you will need a corona ticket. We also ask everyone 14 years and older to show proof of identity.
You show the corona access certificate through the CoronaCheck app and can be a vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate, or a negative test certificate through Testing for Access.
