Unfortunately, this concert has already taken place. But not to worry! We will be playing many more concerts soon.
One big party full of surprises! Come enjoy an unforgettable combination of music and dance, in collaboration with the Nederlands Dans Theater in The Hague.
We open with Dukas' festive Fanfare. Then grandmaster Fazıl Say - one of the most talked-about pianists of our time - with his own poetic piano concerto "Silk Road. Followed by the stillness of two dancers in one of the most beautiful movements in Beethoven's oeuvre, the Cavatina from String Quartet op. 130, in choreography by Dimo Milev. To conclude with Dvorák's vibrant Carnival - and all under the direction of our new chief conductor Anja Bihlmaier.
