In the always atmospheric Nieuwe Kerk , meet two of our new musicians and music by French grand masters.
Tonight, two of our new musicians introduce themselves to you: bassoonist Simon Vandenbroecke and oboist Bárbara Patrício. And of course they do so musically with surprising pieces from the chamber music repertoire. From the enchanting, colorful music of Ravel's "Ma Mère l'Oye" (Fairy Tales of Mother Goose) to the brilliant, virtuosic sounds of Saint-Saëns.
